So i had a couple of left over chicken breasts then needed to be eaten today and i wanted to come up with my own recipe, i decided to turn them into burgers, as i was making these i added more and more ingredients as i went along so bare with me on this one, it’s a keeper, though this recipe of only possible if you have a mincer.

Ingredients:

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 egg

Step 3: I invested in a burger press which just takes the meat and forms it into a patty, if you don’t have one just flour your hands and use them to form a burger, store them in the fridge for 30 minutes to help make them firm

Step 4: Put some olive oil into a pan on a medium heat and cook each side for around 5 minutes until golden brown

Step 5: Plate up, stick them in a bun with a nice slab of cheese and enjoy your burger (The rest of the burgers can be stored in the fridge or frozen for another day)
